By purchasing, downloading, or using RuntCMS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use RuntCMS on one (1) production domain. You may run the Software on unlimited local development and staging environments at no additional cost. See the Licence page for full details.
All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in USD and include any applicable processing fees. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Your licence includes all updates within the current major version (e.g. all 0.x and 1.x releases). Security patches are provided free of charge for all versions. A future major version (e.g. v2.0) would be a separate purchase, with a discounted upgrade path for existing customers.
Community support is available via our contact page. We do not guarantee response times, but we actively monitor and respond to all enquiries. Priority or dedicated support may be offered separately in the future.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Spetter Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
